We advise, represent, and defend individuals with a wide range of concerns, in particular journalists and civil society organizations. Our areas of expertise include freedom of information law and criminal law relating to the protection of secrets.

Our team currently consists of five lawyers and two student assistants. Our job is to protect the interests of our clients. In many of our cases, this means more than just applying the law. We have been working for civil society organizations and the media for years and know how political processes work. Our advice and litigation services are therefore comprehensive: legal, political, and strategic.
