Trainee solicitors in their legal training period or elective stage.
About us:
We are a law firm operating nationwide, specialising in public law, media and copyright law, and criminal law. We advise, represent and defend individuals with a wide range of concerns, in particular journalists and civil society organisations. Our areas of expertise include freedom of information law and criminal law relating to the protection of secrets. We offer the opportunity to gain a wide range of insights into the work of a law firm and to actively participate in our daily work.
Your tasks:
- Drafting legal briefs and memos,
- Participation in team meetings, client meetings and court hearings
- Assisting with public relations and networking, particularly with civil society actors, as required.
Your profile:
- Motivation, to familiarise yourself with unusual legal issues,
- Interest in the areas of law covered by the firm,
- Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information,
- Political interest and/or engagement.
